Charter Boat Daybreak
Perfect for small families or groups of up to 6 passengers.
Located in the Destin Harbor
The Daybreak was built by renowned Destin boat builders G&S Yachts to charter fish in our local waters, and it does that extremely well. The boat is 40′ long, 17′ wide and powered by two Cummins diesel engines.
It’s a no-nonsense fishing machine that has been meticulously maintained and recently upgraded with new electronics and tackle.
What makes the Daybreak unique is the catamaran style hull. This twin hull design allows the boat to be quick and responsive. It also makes for an incredibly stable fishing platform with less side to side motion than most v-hull vessels. The full cabin is air-conditioned, has plenty of seating, several bunks and a walk-in bathroom.
The Daybreak is Federally permitted and has a vessel fishing license that covers any passenger aboard. It is outfitted with all the required safety equipment, including

Captain Stan
Fishing the waters of Destin, Florida since the early 80’s. He was first employed as a deckhand in the summer of 1989.
After graduating from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Marine Biology in 1991, he returned to Captain boats in the Destin Harbor. From 2000 to 2013, Captain Stan owned and operated the charter boat Sea Winder.
The First Mate
There will be a first mate aboard who will work hard to make sure you enjoy your trip, catch some fish and do it all safely. He will also clean the fish once you return to the dock. So, all you need to bring is a small cooler with some snacks and drinks as well as a taste for adventure. Be sure to bring sunscreen and a camera to capture your day aboard the Daybreak.
